Project Overview
Wuhan Green Center project is located in the central business district of Wuchang BinJiangarea. It is 636 meters high, is a including a collection of office, apartment, hotel and clubbing; therefore, it is one of the complex projects, playing the second goal, China's tallest building in the world. The total floor area of the project is 323,088 square meters, the tower comprises five layers to 66 layers with a total area of about 202,430 square meters of office space,70 layers to 89 layers with a total area of about 59,324 square meters of commercial apartments,90 layers to 125 layers with a total area approximately 61,334 square meters of top hotels. The tower has five basements, including equipment, buildings, unloading area, garage and mezzanine space for bike parking.
Currently, theproject has beencompletedon the groundmore than60 meters, it is expected tocomplete the structuralcapnext year,in 2018completed andput into operation.
International Green Building Certification
Wuhan Green Center is positioned as a "green energy-saving building” at design stage. To this end, Lloyd invited Shanghai Power Technology Group Inc.'s serving as green technology consultant to provide its wide range of green consulting services. The technology group and its design team put much effort for more than a year until 19 December 2012. Through the pre-certification of USGBC, the project was rated at 67 points out of 110 points, which reached the Gold Level as it was more than 60 points.

List of Energy Saving Technologies
1. High performanceglass curtain wall
Building envelope projects high-protective performance through sophisticated envelope calculation. As a result, it can reduce the cooling load large extent and energy consumption of air conditioning systems.
2. The Level of External Shading
Project set four perforated shades upon each floor level, covering the entire façade around outside. This setting not only can prevent strong sunlight leading to high temperature in summer, but also an menthe requirements of natural illumination interior principle.

3. Low Emission of Environmentally Friendly Materials
For interior decoration, the project will use environmentally friendly materials, such as VOC and formaldehyde emissions decoration materials, to meet national standards and US standards referenced by LEED. Afterwards, renovations can ensure good indoor air quality.
4.Rain Water Recovery Systems
Project uses rainwater recycling systems, to collect rainwater after simple treatment, green irrigation and roads for the project within the wash. This system not only can have a good water-saving effect, but also can ease the pressure of municipal storm drainage network.

5. Efficient Water-Saving Appliances
The project fully used of water-saving appliances, and all toilet water appliances (toilets, urinals, faucets, etc.), such as low-flow appliances and bathroom faucets automatic shut-off valve, to reduce water waste and achieve a good water-saving effect??
6. Waste Recycling
The special construction of a water system is to collect the apartment air-conditioning condensation water and waste water in order to be processed and used for indoor flushing through the office area.
7. Efficient Chillers
Project Configuration of various speed drive of to high efficiency chillers, chilled water pumps and condensate pumps to reduce energy consumption of air conditioning systems resulting to a very good energy saving effect.
8. Ventilation-Heat Recovery system
The project relies on a fresh air heat recovery system with introducing fresh air in high temperature to indoor in winter and introducing fresh air in low temperature from outside in summer. As a result, the system can reduce the cooling load and reach the goal of energy saving.

9. The Outdoor Air Monitoring System
Air handling units are the carbon dioxide monitoring projects to continuously monitor the amount of fresh air and the exhaust system to ensure that fresh air changes with the number of personnel changes(based on the concentration of CO2 demand control ventilation),and maintain positive pressure to a certain floor. In Each exhaust support will be installed in VAV terminal device, which the inter part is locked by BMS and fresh air, positive pressure to ensure the floor.
